“Magick” or “magic” is the force within the human organism which enables us to do, perceive and interact with things for which science has no immediate explanation.
It is the force that enables a 110-pound woman to lift a 5,000-pound truck off her child in a crisis.
It is the force that we recognize as “the little voice” that tells a man not to get onboard a doomed airliner.
One day, science will explain “magic”, and yet magic will never be fully understood, for as we grow and evolve, our “magic” grows & evolves with us – like the muse, always one step ahead so we will always be compelled to follow.
Magic is not defined by adherence to ritual or religion.
Magic is the force being sought through certain rituals, but magic itself is not ritual or religion any more than “the soul” can be found in “the church”.
The more personal power one can access, the higher awareness one experiences, and the more magic one experiences.
